Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply for payment of deposit or full amount, as follow:          

• 15 to 30 days before arrival will result in a 25% of the total booking quoted
• 7 to 14 days before arrival will result in a 50% of the total booking quoted         
• 6 days or less prior to arrival a 100% of the total booking quoted
• Non arrival / no show /premature departure / arrive but do not stay 100% of

the total booking quoted

• Please note: a 10% administration fee will be levied on any refunds processed.

Payment

• Rates are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive. of VAT.
• Rates are subject to confirmation and availability.
• 50% Deposit / full payment to be paid by EFT
• If deposit only is paid, balance to be paid in CASH upon arrival
• NO card facilities

Banking details will be given once booking enquiry has been accepted
